Raising the Roof!

Grand Rapids, MI USA

    We are currently in the process of raising a two thousand square foot roof at a local manufacturing facility.  The current ceiling height is twelve feet and the new height needs to be twenty feet.  The owner considered three scenarios;

  1. Constructing a completely new building onsite.

  2. Demolishing the existing roof and adding to the walls then constructing a new roof.

  3. Raising the existing roof and adding to the walls.

    The third scenario came in at a fraction of the cost and also substantially minimized disruption of their work schedule.  This project graphically illustrates the benefits and diversity of our company.  Work on this project has ceased during the holidays.  We will resume work shortly thereafter and will be posting pictures as work progresses.
